The past few days I've been down the rabbit hole of Hunter S. Thompson's 1970 campaign for Pitkin County Sheriff. Still taking in how important this was and how relevant it is today.

While watching an interview with Daniel tonight talking about Thomas Benton's political posters, Daniel mentioned these two quotes from two of Benton's posters. Both seem more relevant today:
