Ralph has been talking about the vast undercount of Palestinian deaths for some time now. As of now, the official death toll reported by the Hamas Ministry of Health is around 55,000.

I believe the "population shrinkage" reference Ralph mentions comes from a report that recently surfaced on social media. However this piece from the AP discredits the 400,000 number.

I don't know what the real death count in Gaza is. Probably no one does. But I believe it's far greater than what's being reported, for all the reasons Ralph mentions. And because there are no functioning hospitals in Gaza now.
